Well, I picked up LotRO today, but cant play it for at least another week. Seems that despite the first 30 days being free I still need to set up a payment plan in order to activate my account, but as bad luck would have it, my Card has recently expired and the new one isn't due for about 10days (recently moved house and the bank in all its wisdom sent the replacement to my old address :P )

There's a way round that I think. There is an option to use a game card. When it asks to enter the game card you can select "Pay later" or something like that.
