Couple of interesting points in this:
So let's try and break this down! We'll say that Silken Strands, Fruits of the Earth, and The Far-Reaching Hand were modified in such a way that they were all Versioned (meaning they had substantial changes and their Version Numbers were incremented.)
Silken Strands remains completed. Any quests that you have *already turned in* will never be affected by Versioning.
Fruits of the Earth will be *cancelled*, and any of its quest items will be removed from your inventory. Any quests you have underway (meaning you have not yet turned them in) will be cancelled when they are Versioned. You will need to return to the bestower to accept the quest again. In this case, you will need to start collecting those quest items all over again.
Since you had not yet obtained The Far Reaching Hand, you will notice no change in its status, but when you do obtain it, you will be underway on its new version.
I'm working on a list of quests that have been Versioned, so that should help you make informed decisions about what quests to turn in before Book 12 comes out.

Reserving this post until I can check with Scenario on what the new travel options for Angmar are. Back once I find him!
EDIT: Okay, I'm back! Scenario tells me that there may be some more options for travelling to Angmar from other regions, but what he's *really* excited about are the new travel routes within Angmar itself: once you've discovered Gabilshathur (by completing Book 6 and hiking to it), you open up a new travel route between Aughaire and Gabilshathur. Furthermore, there's now a travel route between Gabilshathur and Gath Forthnir that becomes available when you reach a particular reputation with the Council of the North. So travel within Angmar itself should be much improved by these additions.

As promised, I've assembled a list of quests that have been Versioned as part of the Great Angmar Revamp. If any of these quests are *currently underway* in your quest log, you should aim to finish them before the update goes live; once it does, these quests will be removed from your quest log and you will need to start the quests over at the bestower. If you have already *finished* these quests, there will be no impact on your quest log.
I've also included a list of some Replaced Quests. For the most part, even if you've already completed these quests, you'll have the option of getting the *new* versions of these quests, even if you've already completed the old version.
I'm not including any of the Totally New quests we've come up with for Angmar. You'll see them when you see them!
