About TDV

The Dark Vengeance is an online game players guild. We currently have guilds on Lord of the Rings Online and Warhammer Age of Reckoning.

We have previously had guilds on Star Wars Galaxies, Everquest II & World of Warcraft. While we still have those guilds they are in small numbers or not so active as they used to be.

We are a cosmopolitan guild and have no worries where you come from, but we are an English speaking guild and that is the language used to communicate with our members.

The guild started out on Star Wars Galaxies formed by Rycher. The guild grew to be one of the largest on the Farstar server with a guild council and group of elders now helping to run and maintain the guild.

As a guild we try to have as many active members as possible, so there are lots of people to get to know, and some you may know already. We are quite a social guild, and have many functions and meetings together. We also regularly host guild hunts to help members collecting resources, gain experience, complete quests - or just have some fun!

In January 2005 the guild council decided to take the guild into new games and the first game was Everquest II. Initailly started by Youso and Fulgrima the guild became one of the biggest on the Splitpaw Server.

In June 2005 TDV expanded into its third MMORPG and set up a guild on World of WarCraft. We had many active and experienced players competing in high level raiding and instances.

In May 2008 TDV started on Lord of the Rings online under the leadership of Youso.

In the Summer of 2008 TDV started the guild on Age of Conan but due to the amount of bugs in the game and lack of interest this was wound down..

In October 2008 the Guild was formed on Warhammer Age of Reckoning by a core of long standing TDV members.

In October 2009 the Guild was started on Aion under the Leadership of Wildsun.

Warhammer Age of Reckoning

The Guild is based on the Karak-Norn server and there are currently no level (or indeed any other) requirements to join the guild there. Just speak to one of the officers if you are interested in joining us there.

Lord of the Rings Online

The guild is on the Snowbourn Server on Lord of the Rings Online. We aim to be a casual yet ambitious guild whom has a vision to complete end game content and raids. We try and be relaxed with our members and encourage everyone to help each other out with quests and instances.

Many of our players took part in the Beta and have played from the launch date so we have a lot of experience in game and encourage new players to ask as many questions as they like in guild chat.

There is an age requirement of 18+ on Lord of the Rings but this can be waived at the discression of an officer
