We strive to maintain this good standing by enforcing a Code of Conduct for all our members. The Guild Leaders and the Guild Council uphold this Code of Conduct and any complaints about members breaking this Code of conduct either from within our outside the Guild should be directed towards them, you can find who the leaders and council are by looking at the structure page above.

- TDV Members will refrain from using racial slurs against other players.
- TDV Members will not excessively swear in guild chat.
- TDV Members will not use previously known or yet unknown game exploits.
- TDV Members will show respect and adhere to the Code of Conduct while grouped with players outside the guild.
- TDV Members will show respect to other members of the guild and non-guild members. Use common sense here. If you think you wouldn't like it don't do or say it.
- TDV Members will not harass other players on a continued basis in any way shape or form.
- TDV Members should follow the Code of Conduct in game and on offical game related forums and websites.

Getting Help
- If an Officer, Council Member or Guild Leader asks you to stop doing or saying something there is usally a good reason for this please follow their instructions immediately.
- If you have a problem or grievance with a TDV member or other player you should firstly contact an Elder for advice. An Elder may involve the council or leaders.
- If you feel the complaint is strong enough you can contact a council member to resolve. The council member may involve the rest of the council or guild leader.
- For major guild problems a Council Meeting is called to discuss an outcome.
If a player breaks the TDV rules or doesn't follow the code of conduct the player may be warned or removed from the guild by a Council Member or Guild leader. The Council will usually meet before such drastic action is taken. - You can see what the guild structure is and what roles and responsibilities people have by clicking here.
PvP Code of Conduct
- TDV Members should not "Grief" other players, for example, by repeatedly "Ganking" them.
- TDV Members should not "Trash talk" or spit (for example) on other players or their corpses.
- TDV Members should at all times adhere to the General Code of Conduct while engaged in PvP.
- Monster Play (LotRo), The Arena (EQ2), dueling and sparing are considered as PvP.
Grouping Rules
- TDV Members in a group can decide on how the loot should be shared between them. A need before greed followed by random (lottery based) loot is most advisable.
- TDV Members on an organised hunt must allow the Council Members, Elder or Officer running the group to collect what is needed for the group to advance. (i.e DWB on SWG)
- A council Member, Officer or Elder will give instructions from time to time on group hunts, you should follow them.
- The most senior member in the group is in-charge unless that member delegates this to another member in the group.
- When two members in the group have equal seniority they should decide between themselves who will lead the group to avoid confusion to other members.
