The Dark Vengeance Forum Rules
You may not post any material that:
Attacks or insults others on the board. Feel free to debate the idea, but do not turn your disagreement into an attack upon the poster.
Engages in name-calling, harassment, or threats. See above.
Contains obscenity, vulgarity, or profanity. Though we do have a filter in place to catch the unintentional obscenity from time to time, this is not a license to abuse it.
Disparages any religion, race, nation, gender, or sexual orientation.
Infringes on anyone's privacy rights. This includes posting private messages that you have received on these forums. Forum administrators can read your private messages at any time for use in abuse or disciplinary action.
Furthermore, you may not:
Post off-topic comments in threads for the purpose of drawing attention to another thread on a different subject.
Monopolize the front page of any forum by "bumping" threads of the same or similar content to the front. We may intervene by closing threads any time that this occurs.
The following rules also apply:
Those who spam uselessly in threads will be banned if they ignore a warning from the Mods.
Post count padders will have their post count reset to zero.
Threads that are bumped will be locked regardless of the threads content. Frequent bumpers may be banned from posting on the forums.
Bypassing the forum mechanics and permissions in any way is strictly not allowed and may result in your account being removed.
Posts in which there is flaming, swearing, name-calling or personal attacks will be locked as well.
Posts will be moved if it was offtopic. Sometimes this can be pretty borderline since some threads don't really fit anywhere and that can cause some confusion, but once moved, the topic stays moved.
The vBulletin CMS allows you and your users to create, edit and publish articles directly to your site. It combines a simple to use content manager with a unique organizational system that lets you control the smallest detail of the site from the number of sections, to the overall layout, to the placement of widgets and displays on each page.
The Blog system gives you your own personal space at The Dark Vengeance. Depending on how the administrator has configured the blog, you will be able to create your own entries and control who may view them.
